OEM, ODM and Private-Label Production
Our main materials include seagrass, water hyacinth, rattan and bamboo. We use them for baskets, storage products, trays, placemats, lampshades, rugs and decorative accessories. Material selection and construction depend on the product design, required function and destination market.
We support OEM/ODM product development, custom product development and private-label production. Buyers can request custom dimensions, shapes, weaving patterns, colors, frames, handles, liners, labels and packaging. Each design remains subject to technical review and sample approval.
Sample Approval, Quality Control and Export Packaging
Custom orders begin with a design brief, drawing, reference image or physical sample. We review the construction, materials, order quantity and packing requirements. Mass production starts after confirmation of the buyer-approved sample and written product specifications.
Our quality-control inspection may cover dimensions, shape, structural stability, weaving, surface finish, color, moisture requirements, labels and carton markings. Inspection criteria follow the approved sample and the buyer’s purchase specifications.
We also prepare export packaging for container shipment. Packing options may include nested packing, inner protection, desiccants, master cartons, barcodes and private-label carton markings. Final packing depends on the product, destination, shipping method and buyer requirements.
