Vietrustic products are made in Vietnam. Our main factory in Kim Son, Ninh Binh, specializes in seagrass and water hyacinth products.
Our satellite factory in Chuong My, Hanoi, supports bamboo and rattan production.
Seagrass, water hyacinth, rattan and bamboo are plant-derived materials. Finished products may also contain metal frames, wood, fabric, glue, coatings or other supporting components.

Yes. Vietrustic can sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before reviewing confidential product information.
The agreement should identify the protected designs, permitted use, responsible parties and confidentiality period. Final terms must be accepted by both parties in writing.
Yes. We prepare samples so buyers can review the dimensions, construction, materials, color, weaving and finish before placing a production order.
Sample charges and courier costs are confirmed before development begins. A sample charge may be credited against the first production order only when this condition appears in our written quotation.
Mass production begins after the buyer approves the final sample and written product specification.
Standard samples usually take 7–14 days after the design, materials, dimensions, colors and sample charges have been confirmed.
Complex structures, custom molds, special colors or new materials may require more time. The expected sample schedule will be confirmed before development begins.
MOQ depends on the product, dimensions, material, color, construction and packaging requirements. It may also vary by design, size and color.
For selected standard designs or trial orders, Vietrustic may consider an MOQ of 50–100 units per design or SKU.
This quantity does not apply automatically to every product. Complex designs, custom colors, new molds or special packaging may require a higher MOQ.

We inspect products against the buyer-approved sample and written purchase specification.
Our quality-control process uses an AQL-based sampling inspection method. This method determines the sample size and acceptable quality limits for each production lot.

The inspection level, sample size and AQL limits for critical, major and minor defects must be agreed in the order's quality-control requirements.
If the buyer has no specified inspection standard, Vietrustic can propose an AQL plan for approval before the inspection.
AQL is a sampling method. It does not mean that every unit is inspected or that a shipment will contain no defects. Any item requiring 100% inspection must be identified separately before production.
Natural fibers can absorb moisture from the surrounding environment. We review drying, moisture checks, inner packing, desiccants and carton requirements for each order.
Where an agreed moisture range of 12–14% applies, products are checked before packing.
The final moisture limit depends on the material, product structure, destination, shipping season, transit time and buyer specification.
These measures reduce moisture-related risk. They do not make a product mold-proof under every storage or shipping condition.
Our Kim Son factory has completed an amfori BSCI social-compliance audit. Its quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
Current documents can be shared with qualified buyers upon request, subject to document-sharing terms. Audit and certificate validity follows the information shown in the current records.

Vietrustic provides export quotations under Incoterms® 2020.

DAP or DDP may be available for samples and selected small shipments. Availability depends on the destination, product, shipment value, import requirements and logistics provider.
The applicable rule, named port or place, cost allocation and point of risk transfer will be stated in our quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract.

Buyers should verify any request to change bank details directly with Vietrustic before sending payment. Do not transfer funds to a new account until the change has been confirmed through an official communication channel.
Yes. Natural fibers and handweaving can produce small differences in color, fiber thickness, weave tension and dimensions.
Acceptable variation must be assessed against the approved sample and agreed tolerance.

Factory visit requests are reviewed by appointment. Please provide the proposed date, visitor names, company name and purpose of the visit in advance.
Requests for third-party inspection can also be reviewed. The inspection scope, timing, agency access and related costs must be confirmed before production is completed.
Visits and inspections remain subject to production schedules, workplace safety and customer confidentiality requirements.
