1. Where is the origin of VIETRUSTIC products?
Our products are made from 100% natural materials from Vietnam.
2. Do you accept OEM/ODM products?
We accept OEM with customers’ brands and ODM as customers’ designs.
3. Do you agree to keep customers’ designs confidential?
We are willing to keep customers’ designs confidential through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by two parties before beginning the production process.
4. Does VIETRUSTIC agree to offer samples before ordering?
We are willing to make samples for customers to check before ordering. Sample charges will be discounted on the commercial invoice after the first order and shipping costs will be subjected by customers.
5. How long does it take to make samples?
It takes from 7 to 14 days to make samples.
6. Does VIETRUSTIC offer packing products as customers’ requirements?
If customers do not have any special requirements in packing products, we will pack products to our standards. If you have your requirements in packing products, you need to send us detailed information on packaging, logo/brand name, and hanging tag designs. If you have any difficulties, we are ready to support you with our design team.
7. Which delivery terms does VIETRUSTIC accept?
VIETRUSTIC uses EXW, FOB at Haiphong port, and CFR/CIF delivery terms according to INCOTERMS 2010. Regarding sample orders or small quantity orders, we will support you with Door-to-Door and DDP delivery terms.
8. Which countries can VIETRUSTIC ship to?
We accept global shipping.
